Nelson Havi is the immediate former president of the Law Society of Kenya. He is a member of Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto's United Democratic Alliance party of Kenya. He will be vying for the Westlands Constituency Member of Parliament in the fourth coming general elections to be held in August this year.
Nelson Havi has broken his silence ahead of the unveiling of Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Movement running mate at KICC. According to him, he admitted that Senior Council Martha Karua will effectively deputize Hon Raila Amolo Odinga in government or even in opposition. He said that Senior Council Martha Karua is level head with well calibrated political calipers for precision in decision making.
