Provisional Results: DP Ruto at 3.585 Million as Raila Trails Behind With 3.386 Million

Forms 34A are currently the main sources utilized to tally the preliminary presidential results. According to Article 138 of the constitution, the IEBC has seven days to consolidate all the results and proclaim the presidential election concluded.

The presiding officer completes Form 34A once the votes have been tallied. It contains both a list of votes cast for each presidential candidate at a specific polling location and ballots that were legitimately challenged. representatives of each candidate.

However, the results from the different constituencies are compiled for the president using Form 34B. The forms are sent to the National Tallying Center after being approved and examined.

Wafula Chebukati, the chairman of the IEBC, stated that Form 34C would be used to declare the official results of the presidential election.

And now, Deputy President William Ruto is leading with 3,585,413 votes which is equal to 51.09% while Odinga is at 48.26% which represents 3,386,847 votes as per the provisional results at 8.33 Pm.The Gap between the two leaders is about 3.83%.

Based on the most recent preliminary results as of 8.01 PM, DP Raila had 3,237,371 votes, or 47.95% of the total, compared to William Ruto's 3,470,606 votes, or 51.40%. About 3.45% separates the two leaders.
