With just few days to the General Election politicians both from the Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya Coalition and those of the Kenya Kwanza team have intensified their campaigns across the nation to woo voters. Leaders continue to flex their muscles as the supremacy battle continues to take shape. Recently, the Azimio Secretariat professor Makau Mutua has made allegations on what might happen to Ruto after the August 9th. In his remarks he claimed, "DP @WilliamsRuto will FALL hard infact VERY HARD on August 9. For the first time since 1997 (when he was 31), a quarter century. He will have no official position within the state either in the legislature or executive. He will become RAIA again. The political wilderness awaits."
His remarks made Kenyans react some fired Mutua and told him they are used to his bitterness about Ruto. Others allegedly told him that he has one vote and he should also give respect to Ruto. Ruto has been receiving tough criticism from the Azimio camp over his political moves. He has recently claimed that he will prosecute Uhuru if he wins the August race.
