Raila's 10th Event Attracts Huge Supporters as Ruto Heads Back to Kisii to Popularise 2022 Bid

The Orange Democratic Movement is struggling to contain huge number of Supporters seeking to attend the Friday event where party leader Raila Odinga is expected to declare his presidential bid.

While addressing the media yesterday,the party election strategists Suna MP Junet Mohammed revealed that the party is seeking to facilitate 10,000 delegates drawn from ODM and Jubilee countrywide. Other 50,000 is left for those residing in Nairobi and it's environs.

Due to the high number of citizens who want to attend the long awaited Meeting. The organizers have been forced to limit on numbers of delegates to attend outside Nairobi.

He also reiterated that the meeting isn't for ODM supporters alone but for those who have embraced Azimio la Umoja. Raila said the journey started when he had a handshake with Kenyatta and Friday event marks the peak.

Meanwhile, Deputy president William Samoe Ruto is tommorow expected to tour Marani, Nyaribari Masaba and Bobasi constituencies in Kisii County a month after an extensive tour of the region.Leaders who will receive Ruto include South Mugirango MP Silvanos Osoro,Bobasi aspiring MP Lukas Mogoa, Japheth Nyakundi and Kisii deputy governor Joash Maangi.
