Today when attending the rememberance ceremony of the late president Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi, Kalonzo said that it was a shame to the country and to politicians. He proceeded to say that it was such a disrespectful act for Member of Parliament Osoro to stand up and match towards the podium to attack Member of Parliament Simba Arati.

In a function that was attended by the president his Excellency Honourable Uhuru Kenyatta, Kalonzo said that such an act should never happen again and indeed it was a shame full for two leaders who are elected via balot to fight in front of the media. And to make it worse the two fought when the two leaders that is deputy president William Samoei Arap Ruto and former prime minister and ODM party leader Raila Amollo odinga were sitted watching.

Yesterday in an interview with Nation Television, Member of Parliament Simba Arati said that he is very sorry for what happened and it was not his intention for such an act to occur.
