In an exclusive interview with Radio Okapi, tough ex President Uhuru Kenyatta has now given the M23 rebels one condition they must fulfil so that they can be able to talk to him.
Kenyatta who is the lead facilitator in the DR Congo conflict in Nairobi revealed that his mediation team have no problem holding a meeting with the M23 rebels but before that, they must fulfil the conditions according to the Luanda agreement.
Tough talking ex President Uhuru said that the peace negotiations in Nairobi is for Congolese and that any group that is Congolese was welcomed to the negotiation table. However, he has said that the groups that are not Congolese should return to their countries so that peace can return to these countries.

He warned that Congo will not be the country where others come to fight to create insecurity. In his message to the DR Congo citizens, he has told them to exercise patience as the team resolve the matter.
"My message is that we be patient, don't lose faith. We know that this situation has persisted." Ex President Uhuru Kenyatta said.
