Raila Odinga's latest move seems to have irked legislators from United Democratic Alliance ( UDA) who are now against Odinga's led opposition.

Speaking on 25th february as related by NTV Kenya, UDA lawmakers from Luo Nyanza region castigated Raila Odinga's move of staging mass action against President William Ruto's government.

According to them, Raila Odinga's mass action will halt development and instead disrupt effective service delivery to kenyans.

They therefore called on kenyans to rally behind Kenya Kwanza's government by opposing any move from Raila Odinga including his scheduled countrywide rallies.

" Kama hawakuweza kufaulu kuchukua kiti kama Ruto hana serikali, sasa hivi akiwa na serikali etinanasema atafanya maandamano eti walishinda kura 2022. Mimi namwambia hiyo ni ndoto ya mchana", Mathias Robi said.

" Challenging Odinga: UDA MPs from Nyanza region take a swipe at Raila Odinga for calling for anti-government demonstrations across the country, saying the move will paralyse development and affect service delivery to Kenyans", the report intimates

The leaders were speaking at a fund raising function in Migori county where Kuria West member of parliament Mathias Robi took a swipe at Mr Odinga for continuous noises despite being defeated by William Ruto in the august presidential election.

His counterpart Japheth nyakundi of Kitutu Chache asserted that kenyans don't need demonstrations but instead developments and therefore calling on Raila Odinga to call off his planned mass action.

Their bold sentiment comes off when Raila Odinga and his crew are expected to land in Kakamega ahead of their rally.

Mr Odinga is expected to be flanked by Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua, former vice-president Kalonzo Musyoka, DAP Kenya party leader Eugene Wamalwa, Roots party leader George Wajackoyah and Former Kakamega governor Wycliffe Oparanya.
