Since Jubilee Part lost in the three mini polls of Bonchari constituency, Juja Constituency and in Rurii ward, things have never been the same. The head of state who is also the party leader has been furious with his Jubilee top leadership like party secretary general Raphael Tuju and Vice chair David Murathe. The head of state accused them for misguiding him the the party matters which led the party to lose in the just concluded by elections.
Today communication strategist Dennis Itumbi has leaked that there is ''fire"' in the party as Uhuru try to regain control over the party. According to Itumbi's tweet,a major standoff is currently experienced in the party with one side having David Murathe and Raphael Tuju while the other side is with Harambee House prefects with two governors.
"HNIB confirms there is a major stand -off in Jubilee. On one side is the Murathe group that also has Tuju and on the other side Harambee House Prefects &Two Governors. So vicious is the exchange that, the Harambee House group has withdrawn Murathe's security." Posted Itumbi.
Itumbi goes ahead to reveal that Murathe's security details has since been withdrawn.
President Uhuru Kenyatta has however remined silent to publicly comment over the issue with a lot expected to happen in the near future.
