While speaking to the press, Suna East Mp Junet Mohammed, now claims Malala and his team have become 'disorderly'. "We are really feeling bad to argue with a small party like ANC with only 10 Members of Parliment. You saw what happened in Matungu, the elections were marred with violence, bribery and Malpractices. I want to request ANC Leader to sermon his allies and talk to them. I have seen Malala arguing why he was removed as Senate Deputy Minority Whip. ANC has only three Senators in the whole Republic of Kenya; One of them serves at the public service in the Senate. Now you want to tell us all those three Senators should hold Positions in the House? How about other parties. He (Malala) was removed to give other people chance also. Handshake was only between Raila and Uhuru, we did not see Mudavadi. This is what led to formation of BBI." Hon Junet has angrily mentioned.
On 12th Malala and his ANC team went to Court to Petition the method in which he was axed. They challenged the court to Stop Kilifi Senator Steeward Madzayo from taking over the Position untill the matter has been heard and Rulling issued. "There has been no internal process within the Coalition initiated by the respondent or any partner on my removal from the office of the deputy minority leader in the Senate." Malala pointed out.
The fallout between Malala and Raila was fueled by the recently concluded Matungu By-Elections.
