The candid Kenya Police defender especially when accused of brutality and harassment, stongly came out and declared his candidature for the Siaya Governorship race at an hotel in Yala.
He was speaking with his delegates drawn from Yala Township ward in different capacities where he spoke of his key priorities agenda for Siaya.
He claimed that he is not a fence sitter like other contestants nor awaken like the incumbent but rather a visionary leader with a mission for projects in the six Sub County of Siaya.
Born a natural leader 51 years ago with extensive experience in Police Administration had previously worked in various Police departments from DCI as trainer, small and light arm department to the current position.
A graduate of Political science and communication, and the only high profile top cop from Siaya County,is a native of Alego, later moved to Ugenya Sega where he lives in opulence as permanent residence with his family.
A businessman and a farmer, he controls large in transport sector and fish farming while away from government roles.
He noted that, is a down to earth person who grew orphan and is ready to seriously work and merges his practical vision agenda together with the people of Siaya.
The skilled orator, with remarkable eloquence exhibits suave ability to answer questions, articulated his main back bone agenda, will be real in Agribusiness -Farming and entrepreneurship
He said " There is no importance of modern market when we can not adequately supply these market with our produce as most supplies are from other Counties while we are capable."
Other development projects he made clearly in order of priorities were; Water Systems Projects for safe water and drip irrigation to keep consistency produce in changing seasons.
He observed " Food security is paramount at households level for better livelihoods, as other development agendas follow to condition the culture of handouts."
He spoke his mind on influencing the people of Siaya County the ' Kikuyu - Asian' way through partnership for business enterprise's where small medium farmers and entrepreneurs are given seed capital to run and control their own monies in table banking methodologies to later be linked or form Sacco.
The police spokesman comments to his ambassadors that " let us first build and transform our financial capacity as individuals, households and as a community to avoid despair to best deliver in other areas of development's ."
