Hon Martha Karua who was announced as the orange democratic movement party leader Hon Raila Odinga's running mate has began popularizing her agenda to the people of Mount Kenya region. According to the news which was shared on the social media platforms, the leaders who accompanied Hon Martha Karua to Meru county includes the minister for agriculture Hon Peter Munya.
The other leaders includes the Kieni member of parliament Hon Kanini Kega, Hon Sabina Chege, former presidential candidate Peter Kenneth, Hon Kimani Ngunjiri among other leaders. The Azimio La Umoja leaders urged the residents of Meru county to support the former prime minister Raila Odinga as their preferred presidential candidate in the next general election.
