IEBC vice chairperson, Juliana Cherera becomes the second commissioner to resign from IEBC days after commissioner Justus Nyang'aya resigned.
This comes days after president Ruto formed a tribunal to probe the for controversial IEBC commissioners.
The for IEBC commissioners were meet in between controversial times in the last general election where there was a division among the four seven commissioners.
Cherera the vice chair and the other three commissioner accused the chair Wafula Chebukati of lack of involvement in the election process and spearheading a bipartisan election.
This portrayed an image that the commission was divided in the midst of highly contested general election.
Things have not been sounding very well for the four commissioners after the new regime took government as there have been three motions tabled in Parliament to impeach them for lack of confidence in the team.
Therefore this has led to commissioner Justus Nyang'aya and Juliana Cherera resigning from the commission.
