Sudden U-Turn As Nyanza Leaders Make A Move, Tells Raila To Stop Making Luos Perpetual Protesters

Raila Odinga suffered a huge blow in his bid to hold mass protests after Luo Nyanza made a sudden u-turn, told him to stop making them perpetual protesters. The Luo Nyanza politicians warned Raila against using luo youths to register his disappointment and dissatisfaction with the government.

“Any form of political demonstration at this point in time is causing further stigmatisation of our community by making us perpetual demonstrators,” Martin Ogindo who was the former Rangwe legislator said.

Ogindo said that Raila's habit of turning to youths should stop. He added that no youths should be called upon to demonstrate so as to satisfy someone's ego.

“As Kenyans, we want to bring to an end to the perpetual misuse of young Kenyans in demonstrations,” he added.

Former Kisumu governor Jack Ranguma also wondered how Raila is busy planning mass actions to disrupt the government while Uhuru is chairing a peaceful meeting. He said that Nyanza youths should be helped by the government instead of being used by Raila for mass protests.

Former legislator of Nyatike Hon. Anyanga also told off Raila. He said Raila should give Ruto peace.

“Enough is enough, we cannot allow our youths to be misused. Stop this rubbish and give President William Ruto time to fulfil his pledges,” former Nyatike MP Hon. Martin Anyanga said.
