" They Can Be Challenged At Supreme Court " Tuju Reacts To The NTV & Citizen TV Varying Vote Count

In response to the happenings in Bomas, Kenya, where the IEBC is in charge of the ongoing national tallying process, Raphael Tuju has at last spoken out. During a conversation with a Citizen TV journalist, Raphael Tuju was questioned about the various information displays. Because they acquire information at separate times, Raphael Tuju retorted. Raphael Tuju did point out that if there is a lack of confidence, the Kenyan system does permit problems.

"Changes in the media industry are unavoidable. They acquire information at different times, and I suppose this is why the IEBC exists—to ensure that whatever information they receive is reliable. In my view, the supreme court can hear cases challenging the Kenyan systems "said Raphael Tuju.

He said they were looking forward to extremely trustworthy election results that would settle any controversies in Kenya. He was appreciative of the board's efforts to ensure that the process was complete.
