Kisumu lawyer files a case seeking to stop the removal of the four dissenting IEBC commissioners, famously known as Cherera 4.
The lawyer terms the ongoing hearing to remove the four defiant commissioners of the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission (IEBC) is unconstitutional. He said that because our constitution allows free speech and expression, The IEBC commissioners had no offence.

The lawyer says that during the Supreme Court ruling on the petition challenging the presidential election, none of the commissioners was found to have committed an offense. Only Chebukati (IEBC Chairperson) was found to have acted unilaterally.
He also terms the ongoing petition as politically motivated and is the continuation of the political witch hand from the government of Ruto.He said that it's not fair for the government to revenge on the matter. The government should use this time to unite kenyans as they are divided following the past August 9th elections.
