"Accept And Move On "Kenyans React As Martha Karua Sends Strong Message Hours After DP Ruto's Win

The Azimio La Umoja Presidential running mate has finally broken her silence just hours after IEBC Boss Wafula Chebukati declared William Ruto as President elect.

William Ruto was declared President elect after garnering 7,176,141 votes slightly ahead of Raila's 6,942,030 votes.

Martha Karua has expressed her disatisfaction with the latest Presidential results and Kenyans have speculated her next move which is heading to the Supreme Court to challenge election results.

According to Martha Karua she has hinted that it is not yet over until it is over hence there is more than meets the eye and the Azimio coalition might be heading to the Supreme Court.

This comes a time when a petition challenging Presidential election results should be filed within seven days from the declaration of the results by the IEBC. After filing the petition, the Supreme Court is expected to provide a verdict within 14 days from the days it was filed.

Kenyans on social media have expressed mixed reactions towards Martha Karua hinting that the Azimio team should accept defeat and move on.

Kenyans have attacked Martha Karua saying that she did not help the Azimio La Umoja getting more votes since DP Ruto got more votes at her home.
