
2022 polls are taking shape and most the politicians have started campaigning to ensure that they are elected to the next parliament. During this period of campaigning, most leaders decided to change their political stand and join the popular party in the country so that they will be elected.
Deputy President Ruto received a big win ahead of the 2022 polls after Kiambu Senator Kimani Wamatangi joined his camp from the Jubilee party and Patrick Ntutu from the ODM party during the last minute rush. However, Kimani Wamatangi and Ntutu are now ready to fly the flag of the UDA party in 2022 polls after winning the UDA party nominations and they vowed to campaign for Deputy President Ruto ahead of 2022 polls. Kiambu senator Wamatangi will be facing former governor William Kabogo while Patrick Ntutu will be facing Moitalel Ole Kenta to decide the governor of Kiambu and Narok respectively.
