One of the Mt Kenya Member of Parliament has issued a message to President Uhuru about the current situation in this country brought forth by the economic hardship, disclosing how Kenyans are planning to revenge against the Jubilee government.
Laikipia Woman Representative Hon Catherine Waruguru has informed that going by the current rise in the economic hardship in this country, Kenyans are not happy at all and that the cost of living is becoming a burden to Kenyans.
Ms. Waruguru has alleged that the citizens of this country are unhappy with President Kenyatta’s administration after the prices of basic commodities, fuel and electricity went up despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Laikipia legislator has said that it's so sad to see that even despite the country still being subjected to a lockdown, Kenyans don't have money in their pockets.
“We are still in lockdown, Kenyans don’t have money in their pockets, but the prices have gone up under the watch of their leaders,” she said.
Ms, Waruguru has said that those leaders who alleged that they are close to President Uhuru should tell him the reality of how the ground is sending among them Kieni Member of Parliament Hon Kanini Kega
"They brag here in the village that they talk to President Kenyatta frequently, but cannot tell him the reality on the ground. They are brokers," Ms. Waruguru has said.
“Don’t lie to the President people are unhappy and the ground is politically slippery, if you don’t do something he [Ruto] will run away with the votes,” she added.
