The deputy president Dr William Samoei Ruto allied senator was making his remarks amid massive win for Hustler Nation in concluded Rurii by-elections.
Earlier Kimunya has vowed to resign should anything linked with the second in command carry the day in his home county.
His remarks seems to have come back to haunt him as the Kericho lawmaker has come to challenge him to make good his threats after United Democratic Alliance UDA carried the day in Nyandarua which is Kimunya's home county.
"I hope @HonAmosKimunya will keep his word.National assembly has a session this morning. It would be a good time.He promised to Resign should the wheelbarrow roar in his home county of Nyandarua.Anybody seen him?" Senator Aaron Cheruiyot trolled the national assembly majority leader.

United Democratic Alliance aspirant Mr Muraya garnered 4,178 trailed by Peter Thinji of the Jubilee Party who came second with 3,051 votes.
