President William Ruto has today received good News following the confirmation of reports that Ex-Uhuru's CS for Devolution Hon Eugine Wamalwa has also endorsed his (Ruto) Bottom-Up economic model while still maintaining that it is a confirmation that politic of Deception has come to an abrupt end.
Addressing the presser on Friday where he affirmed that the decision to back Ruto even though they read from different pages during the just concluded 2022 general election was arrived at after realizing that Kenya is bigger than an individual, the DAP-K Party Boss has also beseeched the head of State to reconsider his decision to do away with the Ministry of Devolution.
This, Wamalwa said while admitting that Devolution is the only way where the Bottom-Up model can be achieved best because empowerment is being done from the National Level to the Ground Man at the County Assembly.
