Laugher After President Ruto Recalled The Number of Votes He Got From Nyanza Region (VIDEO)

Several development initiatives are now being launched in the Nyanza area by President William Ruto. Several members of the Kenya Kwanza government, including the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua and the cabinet secretary for information, communication, and technology, Eliud Owalo, have joined President William Ruto. Leaders from the Nyanza area who wish to embrace development in their counties welcomed him.

President William Ruto demanded an apology from the citizens of Homabay county while addressing the crowd. Ruto recalled how many votes he received from that area in the national elections held in August 2022.

President William Ruto said that Raila Odinga, the regional strongman, received a large number of votes from other regions in contrast to those that president Ruto received in the Nyanza region. According to Ruto, Raila Odinga received 28% of the vote in Ruto's home district and 25% overall. Ruto claimed that this was against him because the Nyanza region gave him only 1% of the total votes.

Residents responded by apologizing to president William Ruto. Click the following link to view the live video.
