Cyrus Jirongo has kept a low profile ever since he lost the Presidential Elections a while back and he went through some financial crisis as well having his 10 billion shillings worth of land seized by the state.
Cyrus Jirongo was also a powerful Minister and Member of Parliament back in his heyday in the late former President of Kenya Moi regime.
