"State Project Or Empty Promise" Political Analyst Herman Manyora Alleges

According to political expert Herman Manyora, Deputy President William Ruto will have a difficult time keeping his commitment to assist hustlers.

Manyora believes that if Ruto wins the presidential election and follows through on his vow to give money to bodaboda riders and mama mbogas, he will cause havoc.

Professor Manyora claims that Kenyans will dress up as bodaboda riders and mama mbogas in order to benefit from the funds put aside by DP Ruto if he wins the election.

According to the professor, the number of people claiming to be hustlers would rise, causing havoc when they demand money.

He argued, however, that DP Ruto's pledge to hustlers might not be kept, and that he is making the guarantee for political capital ahead of the election.

"If Ruto is elected president, there would be anarchy the instant he starts handing out money to bodaboda riders and mama mbogas." Why do you think we've never fully resettled IPDs in this country, despite the fact that their numbers are constantly increasing?" Manyora asked.

"When Ruto starts handing out money, you'll witness the number of people who pretend to be bodaboda riders and mama mbogas." Manyora continued, "Ruto is treating it in a very simple way for political capital."
