The International Criminal Court has ruled o Deputy President William Ruto's case as some of the witnesses reveal the gifts they were given to fix him together with his counterpart in the alleged post-election violence saga.
In a report via the Star, during the hearing, some witnesses have admitted that they have been coached to fix Ruto and Sang in exchange for a gift ticket out of Africa.
Ruling on DP Ruto's case, the ICC Judge Anton Steynberg has ruled on the prosecution issued against Gicheru, DP Ruto, and Sang informing that the prosecution filed on Gicheru is weighty putting him in a no escape room in the involvement of an illicit witness coaching.
However, Anton Steynberg has said that should they find that Lawyer Gicheru was being framed, it would be a grand plan to harm somebody.
“The evidence from eight witnesses was too voluminous and consistent. If he (Gicheru) was framed, it would be a product of grand conspiracy," Judge Anton Steynberg said.
With the ICC Judge Miatta Maria Samba of ICC Trial Chamber III adjourning the case over clear evidence.
