A City Lawyer Hon Donald Kipkorir has indirectly confirmed that the immediate regime had tapped phone conversions belonging to senior Citizens in the Nation. This is after he came out to claim that a senior government official laughed at him when he (Kipkorir) attempted to talk to him via a Whatsapp Call this morning.
Taking to his twitter account handle, Kipkorir reported that he was just told to call using normal call now that the machine that was being used to tap phone calls had been donated to the neighboring Country in Uganda.
"Today morning, I called a recently gazetted Public Official on WhatsApp & he told me:
“Counsel, call me on my normal line. No one is listening on calls anymore. We donated the listening machine to Uganda. Freedom is here!”," Kipkorir Said.
But his remarks came weeks after Gachagua attacked Uhuru when he accused him of being a dictator during his regime.
