Nyeri Town Member of Parliament, Ngunjiri Wambugu, seems to have softened his stance on supporting Deputy President William Ruto in his presidential quest in the August 2022 General Election.
During Deputy President's three-day tour in Nyeri County to popularise his Bottom Up Economic Model to locals the outspoken Member of Parliament was impressed with the Deputy's kind gesture to his people. Speaking to Kameme Fm the outspoken MP appreciated DP for the good gesture.
"I do take this opportunity on behalf of the newry town community to appreciate the Deputy President William Ruto and his team for the money that has circulated around Nyeri over the last three days. Tunakushukuru." Ngunjiri said.
