5 Kenyan Politicians Who Have Been Seen In Public Shedding Tears

Politicians are believed to be strong people and are rarely seen crying in public.Though politicians go through a lot they are never seen shedding tears in public, however some break the rules and are seen crying in public.The following are five Kenya politicians who have been seen crying in public:

1.Sabina Chege.

Sabina Wanjiru Chege is a Kenyan politician,former radio presenter and actress.Sabina Chege is also the former Murang'a county women representative.She is known to be affiliated to Azimio la Umoja coalition.

Sabina Shed tears in public during a rally in her backyard in Murang'a county.Sabina cried after being heckled by the crowd.Sabina begged the crowd to listen to her, however the pleas fell in deaf ears as they kept chanting The president elect William Ruto's name.

2.Cleophas Malala.

Cleophas Malala is a Kenyan Politician and the former Kakamega county Senator.He is currently a Kakamega gubernatorial aspirant.Malala has been vocal on a number of political debates both in the senate and outside,which have made him popular.

Cleophas Malala broke down into tears on sometime back as he narrated to two Senate Committees how five police officers had allegedly been assigned to eliminate him.

In an emotional presentation to the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee and National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations Committee, Malala said the five officers were from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).

3.Linet Chepkorir.

Liner Chepkorir famously known as Toto is a Kenyan Politician and the current Bonet county women representative elect.She is among the youngest politicians in the country.

Following her victory,Liner was addressing Bomet residents when she broke into tears.Linet cried uncontrollably,as two ladies had to support her throughout her speech.Linet was thanking Bomet residents for chosing get as their women representative.

4.Charles Njagua.

Charles Njagua Kanyi famously known as Jaguar is a Kenyan politician, singer and philanthropist.He is a former member of Parliament for Starehe constituency.

In 2017 Jaguar broke into tears in Public the Jubilee party headquarters after being denied Jubilee party ticket.Jaguar was told the only hope to get Starehe ticket is through negotiating with veteran city politician Hon Marina Kamanda.

5.William Ruto.

William Samoei Arap Ruto is a Kenyan politician who is the president-elect of Kenya and the former deputy president of Kenya since 2013.

William Ruto cried , during prayers with the clergy at his Karen residence on Tuesday August 2, 2022 he was spotted getting emotional as Bishop Mark Kariuki of Deliverance Church led the congregation to a deep moment of prayers.
