Kenyans are now preparing for another General elections next year. Those people eyeing different seats are already laying down campaign strategies.
The top seat is what many people will be looking at. President Uhuru won't be vying as he will be concluding his second term.
Uhuru and his Deputy President William Ruto appears not to be in good terms. Already, Ruto is alleged to be in a different faction dubbed as 'Tangatanga'. This clearly means that the President is unlikely to support him for his ambitions to State House.
Remember some time back, Uhuru indicated that his choice for the presidency will surprise many people in 2022. This is a strong indicator that DP Ruto is not in his plans.
In my view, the President might choose the Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang'i to succeed him. Matiang'i has proved to be a hard worker in Uhuru's administration.
This is my opinion. Share your thoughts down here kindly.
