It a sad day for kenyans after Jakoyo Midiwo passed on, his death comes barely 3 hours after the death of renown businessman Chris Kirubi.
He died after suffering for a very long over undisclosed condition. May his soul rest in peace.
Jakoyo Midiwo, a former member of Parliament of Gem constituency was a shrewd politician who severed his people deligently.
Anne Kiguta said "What a day! Sad to learn of the death of former Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo. Hosted him on many debates, over many years. A fierce defender of his ODM party and its ideals. No matter how heated it got, he was always a gentleman on air".
Raila Odinga Mourns Jakoyo Midiwo through a statement, it reads:
First elected MP in 2002, Jakoyo Midiwo served the people of Gem with passion for 3 terms.
An astute debater, a man of his word and honor, Jakoyo had a rare ability to work across the aisle and got along with members from across the political divide. I will dearly miss him.
How well do you remember the vocal Midiwo? May his soul rest in eternal peace and may our Good Lord comfort the family.
