Ex-Finance Minister Who Will Take 'Blame' Should DP Ruto's 2022 Bid Fail to Materialize

William Ruto is a man on mission and hitherto, he is doing all he can to occupy that which was once under Jomo, Moi, Kibaki and Uhuru's grip.

As he throws his hat into presidential ring, two results are probable; a win or a loss. His strategies and the manner in which he plays his cards will determine if he will occupy the house on the hill or not.

A slight miscalculation will however see his shot hitting a squirrel in place of an antelope. Should that happen, then he will undoubtedly like any other being cast his blame on ex-Finance Minister.

Let it be remembered that its Jubilee Coalition which laid the basis for Ruto's present fortunes. UhuRuto were bound by the coalition's pre-election pact to work together for at least twenty years.

Ruto has successfully kept part of his bargain and wherwve he did, Uhuru triumphed. Now the ball is on the latter's court but he has decided to overlook it and the man from Sugoi is optimistic of going alone, should his venture turn unsuccessful he will verily blame his erst brother for shortchanging him.

Uhuru's Mt Kenya region is among the primary areas which will determine who the fifth commander in-chief will be. If the recent play is anything to go by, then Jomo's son is warming to support Jaramogi's heir.
