The new administration of President William Samoei Ruto has been put together, and it will serve for the next five years. The latest cabinet that he constituted, which resulted in Uhuru's cabinet secretaries leaving their positions, is now a component of his government.
So, let me introduce you to some of Uhuru's principal secretaries who have continued to serve in President William Ruto's cabinet as they did during Uhuru's administration. This is in accordance with the reports that Citizen TV Kenya released on their Facebook account on the 2nd of November 2022.
1. Julius Korir, the principal secretary for cabinet affairs.
2. Dr. Charles Kiptoo, Public Servant, Treason to the Nation
3.Charles Hinga, Special Assistant to the Secretary for Housing and Urban Development
4.Peter Tum, in charge of the Medical Services.
5.Belio Kipsang, Permanent Secretary for the Basic Education.
6.Hillary Kimutai, Permanent Secretary for the Livestock Development Ministry.
This indicates that just six principal secretaries have been retained by President Ruto out of the previous administration's total of twenty-six major secretaries who served under Uhuru Kenyatta. Kenyans, on the other hand, have reacted by alleging that Ruto kept a majority of Kalenjins among the six principal secretaries he retained from Uhuru's administration.
