The political heat in the country continues to get more hotter as the race to the 2022 general election comes closer. This time round, it seems to be a race between Deputy President, William Ruto and Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
One of the most anticipated coming events is the Mashujaa Day which will be happening this Wednesday. This year's celebration will be happening in Kirinyaga county. National leaders and also County leaders especially from the host county, Kirinyaga county.
With the political heat in the country, Kenyans thought that the Deputy President William Ruto will not attend the celebration. This is because of his bad relationship with President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga. This won't be the case. Speaking to Mo Radio in the coastal region, Dp Ruto assured Kenyans that he will be in Kirinyaga for the Mashujaa celebrations. He said that he will be there so that he can celebrate the day with his fellow Kenyans as it is a National celebration.
