In the photos, His Excellency is seen with the trader who seems to be selling potatoes as the Head of State president William Ruto arrived at the venue of the top event.

The Head of State was accompanied by top allies among them His Excellency the Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and the Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi.
Nairobi county governor Johnson Sakaja and the hustler nation movement spokesperson Dennis Itumbi can also be seen in the photos shared online.
President William Ruto will on Wednesday afternoon move to actualise the Hustler Fund, one of his pet agendas during campaigns.
Ruto will unveil the Fund at Green Park in Nairobi to fulfil a commitment he made to help ordinary Kenyans have easy access to affordable credit for their businesses.
