Justice delayed is justice denied. Corruption cases in Kenya must find an immediate solution and the punishment should be harsher according to my opinion in order to see some leaders avoid stealing from the public. The Aror and Kimwarer dam scandal has taken years and President Uhuru Kenyatta and DP William Ruto are almost finishing there terms without justice being served when the corruption scandal happened under there watch.
Corruption cases have been on the rise with governors being the major culprits from various counties with some being impeached for the corruption scandals. DPP Nordin Hajj was given his last chance to submit the evidence of Dam scandal they saw the country loose billions of shillings. According to Nation Africa,
"The Anti-Corruption Court has given Director of Public Prosecution Noordin Haji a last chance to supply evidence in the Sh63 billion Kimwarer and Arror dams case against former Treasury minister Henry Rotich." Nation reported.
Former CS Henry Rotich was sent home after the dam scandal forcing President Uhuru Kenyatta to replace him with Ukur Yatani. Justice must be served and thieves should not be allowed to run this country as president Uhuru Kenyatta alleged.
