Through his Twitter social media handle, the former Senate Majority Leader has laughed off the OKA who never participated in either, asserting that they are just observers of elections.

"What time will the National Coalition of Elections Observers oka the Cerelac Coalition issue the observers report on the just ended by elections?," Murkomen has penned on his Twitter handle.
