The ceremony is underway as top dignitaries have already arrived at the venue.

Photos that are circulating online show that Dangote arrived at Kasarani Stadium just a few hours ago. Africa's richest man will be among the prominent leaders gracing Ruto's Inauguration event. He's been spotted sitting just next to Kenya's chief Justice Martha Koome.
As at now, prayers have already been completed and the ceremony is heading to the next part of the program. William Ruto the president elect, the outgoing president Uhuru Kenyatta and their wives are already at the stadium.
