Yesterday at the Bomas Of Kenya, Amani National Congress Party leader Musalia Mudavadi made an earthquake announcement that he would be joining Deputy President William Ruto in the race for the presidential seat.
Musalia Mudavadi revealed that Azimio La Umoja was not an option this year. It is reported that both Ruto and Mudavadi are likely to start their campaigns in the Western region this week. This Ruto embracement by Mudavadi also yesterday lead to speculations that OKA is finally dead after Gideon Moi and Kalonzo stormed out of Bomas upon realising that Ruto was invited without their notice.
An opinion poll has been conducted by Kenyans.co.ke to alledge the chances of an alliance between Deputy President William Ruto and Musalia Mudavadi winning an election.
From the poll results, Majority have suggested that the Coalition will win the 2022 General elections (51 percent of the votes). On the other hand 41 percent have oppossed the Coalition stating that it will not win the elections.
