Kericho governor aspirant Doctor Eric Mutai in tears after his supporters went ahead to contribute funds for his campaigns.The funds were unknown since he was handed over the 'uhurus's' bag.
The generosity act was done in Lutein market, Bureti subcounty in Kericho county on Saturday.It got him unaware for the act he got from his supporters.
This sent jitters to former cabinet secretary Mister Charles keter's camp over his growing popularity.Mutai got financial support after scores of his supporters held surprise funds drive on Saturday.
Chief campaigner, Bernard Boit said he is currently among the wins of United Democratic Alliance nomination tickets.
Member of County Assembly of Kapaort ward , Mister Paul Chirchir said another financial funds support will be held in Kericho.
He urged the residents and supporters to choose a leader who will bring change to their lives and advised those in seat to pave way for others.He went further and said change is inevitable if the voters choose the right leader.
