President William Samoei Arap Ruto together with his top allies have today launched the Hustlers fund. It is a fulfilment of the campaign promise in which Ruto promised that his government will set aside Ksh.50B so that Kenyans can access credit at an affordable interest to start a business.
The Hustlers fund will be a mobile loan provider, individuals will be able to borrow between Ksh.500 to Ksh.50,000. There will be no guarantors or any form of security buy the loan limit will be determined by the borrowing record of the applicants in the past.
While launching the fund, top individuals have checked their limit. President William Ruto's loan limit is at Ksh.2,200, Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua has a limit of Ksh.1,600 and that of prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi is Ksh.2,800.
To access the loan, you are required to dial *254#, register for the fund, accept the terms and enter Mpesa pin to get your loan limit after which you can request for a loan.
