Agriculture cabinet secretary, Hounerable Peter Munga has come out to set the record straight on him joining United Democratic party. Few days ago, there were claims that the former governor was headed to hustlers nation, where he was supposed to use UDA Party to reclaim his Meru seat. Munya and Kiraitu Murungi are fighting to control Meru county after 2022 general election. Murungi is confident of retaining his seat while his rival is strategizing on toppling him.

Well, Munya has set the record straight saying that he is not going to Join UDA Party ahead of 2022 general election, and that, he will still use his party to run for governor seat. He has told off Tangatanga allies to focus on something else instead of spreading rumors that will not come to pass. He has also assured his supporters to remain calm and wait for the signal from him at the right time. Well, let's wait and see how things will play out soon.
