Political Scientist Mutahi Ngunyi has finally revealed two powerful things the incumbent Kenya's Head of State Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta has done for the incumbent Deputy President Dr William Samoei Ruto since he was declared the President-Elect by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chaiperson Wafula Chebukati.
Speaking via his official Twitter page account, Mutahi Ngunyi articulated that: firstly; the Head of State has published Dr William Samoei Ruto as the president elect in the Kenya Gazette and secondly; Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed a transition commitee to prepare all events culminating in swearing in Dr William Samoei Ruto as the Kenya's fifth president.
"Uhuru Kenyatta has played by every rule in the book. There was no violence in this election. He gazetted Ruto as President-Elect. He even appointed the transition Committee to hand over power," Mr Mutahi Ngunyi stated.
