Addressing members of the fourth estate on Saturday March 19, MP Washiali who has been a long time loyal defender of William Ruto in Western Kenya warned Malala not to continue making remarks that could escalate cracks in their alliance.
He said it was possible for William Ruto, Moses Wetang’ula and ANC Party boss Mudavadi to have a solution over a cup of tea.
“We have faith in Musalia, Moses Wetangula, and Ruto because they are the ones who decided to come together and form the alliance without being pushed by anyone. Let us allow them to sit down,” Washiali told the media.
The MP who is nolonger vying for anything said Luhya Nation can still benefit from other State appointments should Kenya Kwanza trounce Azimio la Umoja in the coming general elections.
His response is coming at the time Malala in piling pressure on DP William Ruto to choose his running mate from Western Region and not Mt Kenya.
Senator Malala recently clashed with Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua on who should be picked to deputize Ruto.
