In a night post on his official social media pages, the vocal senator claimed that the Orange Democratic Movement party boss is threatening to hold demonstrations to make Ruto have handshake with him.
He however warned that unlike Uhuru, Ruto will not tolerate Raila's Threats. Cherargei advised the Azimio team to come up with a bill proposing the creation of opposition office and take it to the Parliament instead of calling for mass action.
"The Tinga/ Azimio-OKA planned Maandamo is a ploy for a forced handshake / Nusu mkate government(referring to shared government) with H.E RUTO government this shall not happen!." He posted on his official Twitter handle.
