As the 2022 general election approaches, political candidates across the nation are set to be endorsed by vocal leaders mainly from the government, this is a move that will oversee them clinch to power ahead of the polls. Many people for long have thought that president Uhuru Kenyatta has endorsed the former prime minister Raila Odinga to the topmost national seat. However, the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) allie Hon John Mbadi has clarified that Raila has not been endorsed by the head of the state. In a television interview, Mbadi revealed that the relationship between president Uhuru and Raila is for the wellness of this nation but not for Presidential endorsement.
"The president has not come out as at now to declare who He is supporting for 2022. I think they are bitter that the cordial relationship between the president and the Dp is no longer there." He said
