Ruto's Message After Meeting This Leader That Has Attracted More 6000 Likes Within 16 Minutes- PHOTO

Deputy President William Ruto has today announced that Kenyans, leaders, and other good wishes from both national and international levels won't just sit and watch as a few individuals try to destroy the Constitution for their selfish gains.

Speaking minutes after meeting with the Law Society of Kenyan President Hon Nelson Havi, the second in command has now vowed with the help of the 47 million Kenyans to do what it takes to ensure that that the 2010 Constitution remains unchanged, no matter what.

"Received a copy of the memorandum sent to Parliament in DEFENCE of the Constitution from LSK president on this KATIBA day. It is our collective RESPONSIBILITY to DEFEND the constitution and the firm FOUNDATION of the RULE of LAW by resisting all selfish schemes to mutilate it," Ruto said.

At the same time, another political battle has now erupted in President Uhuru Kenyatta and the ODM Party Leader Hon Raila Odinga over the BBI process. This is after the two leaders have openly distanced themselves with the decision by the Attorney General and BBI secretariat to the Supreme Court, something Political analysts and pundits have argued that will end up in tears.

Also, according to the source privy to the developing story, Siaya Member of Parliament Hon James Orengo and his Counterpart in Rarienda Hon Otiende Amollo are said to have taken a back seat this time round as far as matters to do with BBI are concerned. There are also internal wrangles in Raila's camp with some leaders now pressuring Raila to give up on the BBI process and focus on his 2022 Presidential Bid.
