Recently, the high court has been ruling against the government. Starting from the Building Bridges Initiative which was declared null and void, yesterday the high court also declared the Huduma number process as illegal. The government has shown its interest to head to the court of appeal to try to appeal the verdict given by the High Court.
According to a Post by Interior Security Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiang'i, the government is planning to appeal. This is what the post stated. "The government will appeal the High Court decision declaring Huduma card illegal. Our conviction is that the Court's decision is based on the wrong interpretation of the essence and practical intention of the Card..." Part of the statement stated.
This led to massive reactions from Kenyans who tend to agree with the High Court ruling. Below there are some of the reactions that Kenyans reacted to the post. "Don't waste our resources." Someone commented. See some of the reactions from Kenyans.
