ODM leader Raila Odinga's dream to lead Kenyans to the promised 'land' has come to an end but there is his successor who will take over him and lead his followers to canaan, former presidential candidate George Wajackoyah now alleges.
Speaking in Kakamega, the Roots party leader declared himself as Raila's political succesor. He referred to the book of Exodus where Moses was to take Israelites to Canaan but died on the way and Joshua took over to lead people.
" I'm now Joshua. I want to take you to Canaan. And we will get to Canaan now that Moses is tired. And we will continue to honour Moses." Wajackoyah said.
Raila has however not disclosed whether he will hang his boot ahead of 2027 general election. He is still active despite losing the last election with a narrow margin.
Wiper boss Kalonzo Musyoka is also seen as a potential Azimio principal who might be on the 2027 presidential election.
