According to the most recent report, freedom fighter Dedan Kimathi's widow is detained over one million hospital bill. Mukami Kimathi was admitted to a hospital in Nairobi on January 5th after suffering pneumonia symptoms. She was discharged on January 12th but has not been allowed to leave the hospital due to one million bill.
The family of Mukami Kimathi is now calling Kenyans of goodwill to come to their aid to clear this hospital bill. Ndegwa Njiru is one of the most influential and popular lawyer in Kenya. He is also a strong ally of former prime minister Raila Odinga and Nark Kenya leader Martha Karua. He has said, "DP Gachagua unlike you whose freedom to have 200 million release, the children of real and true Mau Mau are not able to clear one million hospital bill. Kimathi must be turning in his grave whenever he listen to you."
