The address will be at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), the Azimio media center where Raila was expected to give his acceptance speech if he was to be declared the President-elect.

The Address comes a day after Dr. Ruto was declared the winner by Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chairman Wafula Chebukati by garnering 7,176, 141 defeating Raila of who garnered 6,942,930 votes.
During the press conference, Raila is likely expected to Address on the outcome of the presidential results that were highly disrupted by his Chief agents and politicians allied at him at Bomas of Kenya.
He is also likely to announce whether he will be challenging the election outcomes by going to Supreme Court or he will concede defeat and congratulate President-elect William.
This is the fifth stab to the presidency that Raila will be vied for the top position and lost while Ruto wins on his first attempt.
