DP Ruto and ODM Party leader Raila Odinga in a past event.
Moments after Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party leader Raila Odinga criticized Deputy President William Ruto's Hustler vs Dynasties narrative, DP Ruto has now responded.
Raila, has pointed out that this narrative will plug the country into a situation that was witnessed in German when Adolf Hitler used the Nazism against his oppositions putting the country in a dilemma.
“As I have explained on several occasions, the hustler vs dynasties’ is a dangerous slogan. It is scary in its similarity to Adolf Hitler’s National Socialism, most often referred to as Nazism, the ideology of the Nazi Party, which ruled Germany from 1933-1945,” noted Raila Odinga.
According to Raila, the Nazism profiled German society on the lines of race, social classes and tribe. He further noted that the survival of the Nazism depended on Hitler eliminating Jews, Romans/Gypsies, the Indo-Aryan, the Salvs and the inferior sub-humans.
In a quick rejoinder, Ruto who has been vibrant in spreading the hustler vs dynasties narrative noted that his narrative of hustlers has been misunderstood by many people and they will work tirelessly to make sure that people understands it.
"While agreeing fully with your defense of freedom of speech and thoughts as guaranteed by Constitution, we respectfully disagree with your very wrong understanding of Hustlers but will equally defend your thoughts. We will work tirelessly to get Hustlers narrative positively understood," wrote DP Ruto.
DP Ruto and some of his allies have been pointing out that the dynasties have been ruling the country for a long time now and its time hustlers takes over to break this monotony.
His narrative has raised many questions among residents with some supporting his argument while others opposing it.
